The new poster for Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island is here. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley, Michelle Williams, Max von Sydow, Patricia Clarkson, and Jackie Earle Haley. From the poster (and trailer), it appears that Shutter Island will probably be more of a horror thriller. It hits theaters October 22nd.

I really and excited to see this movie. DiCaprio is staring to annoy me as an person after Revolutionary Road but as an actor, he was great. Seieng Scorsese doing a horror film is something different that the trailer release awhile ago sold me on this.
I have a feeling the reviews won't be nearly as strong as the past few Scorsese films, but I like that he is finally doing something that feels very fresh.
